Quote (Estimate) Request Form

When you submit a request for a quote, we collect the following:

Both the contact form and the quote request form use a CAPTCHA to help prevent automated spam submissions. The CAPTCHA verifies that a submission is coming from a human visitor and does not collect personal information about you beyond what is described above.

We do not collect any information beyond what is listed above through this feature. No account creation, password, or payment information is collected through the chat widget.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the chat widget, contact form, or quote request form is used exclusively to:

Respond to your inquiry or quote request in a timely manner.
Maintain an internal record of communications, in case a response requires follow-up.

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes, and it is not shared with third-party marketers or data brokers.

Data Retention

Chat entries are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. No manual action is required on your part for this to occur.

Submissions through the contact form and quote request form are likewise retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.

If you would like your information removed prior to this timeframe, you may submit a request as described in “Your Rights” below.

Who Has Access to Your Information

Access to submitted chat messages is limited to authorized personnel within our organization. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your information to external parties for commercial purposes.

Information may be disclosed where required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request from a court or government authority.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it as that term is defined under the CPRA (which includes disclosing information for cross-context behavioral advertising). Because we do not engage in either practice, no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” opt-out link is required; however, you may still submit a request as described below at any time.

Verification

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and will respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time (up to a total of 90 days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason for the delay in writing.

The chat widget does not use cookies or track visitors across other websites. If this website employs separate analytics services (such as Google Analytics), those practices are addressed under a separate cookie policy and are not part of this document.
